About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

This is an online session and will take place over Microsoft Teams

Are you a member of a reception team who has been called upon to chaperone patients? You may have been chaperoning for some time and you may feel confident, but would you feel appropriately equipped and trained if something were to go wrong in a chaperoning situation?

The aim of this course is to provide non-clinical staff with knowledge, skills, and competence in undertaking the role of a chaperone in Primary Care settings. Content includes the role of the chaperone, documentation, and safe patient care.

An outlook invite will be sent after booking and a joining link will be sent out closer to the time of the session so make sure the email address you have provided is accessed before the session.

If you are booking more than one person on the session you need to ensure an email address is provided for each person
