Frequently asked questions

Do you have car parking on site?

Yes, we have 600 on site car parking spaces. You pay for the parking prior to departure at the ticket machine located on level 2 or by the front door of the hotel.

Will towels be provided for the Spa?

Yes one towel per guest will be provided within the Spa.

What should I do if I have a food allergy?

We are happy to meet the needs of all our guests so please contact the hotel no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure that we can accommodated any allergy or dietary requirements.
