Is there parking at the event?

There will be limited parking here at the venue and around the Darley Abbey Mills site. We do reccomend car sharing or walking where possible.

Is the venue fully accessible?

We do have a lift here at the venue with access to all floors.

Unfortunately only service dogs are allowed to the event.

Can we book to visit Santa's Grotto on the day?

Santa's grotto tickets must be pre booked before the event and we are unable to accomodate on the day bookings.

What is the start time of the event?

Market entry will depend on which entry time ticket you selected upon booking. You must arrive to the market at the designated ticket time so we can manage the flow of people into the venue.

Will there be a bar open?

Our bar will be open for you to purchase a selection of drinks throughout the event. We operate a card only bar.
