Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. are there pass-outs)?

At the discretion of the organiser, proof of purchase must be re shown at the gates and person / persons re subject to security.

How old do I need to be to attend and will I need ID?

You will need to be 18 or Older. We operate a challenge-25 policy upon Entry and at All Bars, if you look younger than 25, please bring ID.

How Much Are Tickets?

General Access Tickets are priced from £25.00+bf. There are limited VIP tickets available for Saturday only. This will be an additional £10+ bf. Weekend tickets are £45+bf.

What Do You Get With VIP?

VIP Tickets include fast track entry, access to the VIP area with extra bars, chill out area & posh loos, meet and greets + more to be announced.

Is there a Dress Code?

Is The Event Outside?

This is a Bigtop style event and is covered with outdoor areas, dress appropriately.

Is There Parking On Site?

Limited reserve parking is available at additional cost. We encourage you to use public transport or local taxi firms or even your feet if you live in the locality. There is free limited parking nearby.

Will the free Boat service be running between M41 and The Clubhouse

Accepted Answer

A free boat service is available between 12noon and 5pm which links Urmston to the Club House over the Manchester Ship Canal. Please arrive in plenty of time for this free service as its occupancy is limited per journey. The mystery cruise only takes a few minutes and is subject to their service.

FOOD & DRINK -C an I bring Food / Alcohol in with me?

Sadly not.. but we do have fully stocked Bars & Kitchen serving hot and cold food. Alcohol / Drinks. No we’re talking...  We have Fully Stocked Bars selling all your favourite alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Can I bring a bag?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can bring a small bag, this will be searched upon entry (We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm). We do not allow large bags in to the event.

Can I bring Camping chairs, umbrella’s & Blankets?

Accepted Answer

You can bring Camping Chairs and umbrella’s however they will not be permitted inside the big top tent and are to remain within the gardens. Small blankets are ok.

Can I bring in flags or banners?

Accepted Answer

No. You can’t bring flags or banners. Laser Pens are also not permitted.

Can I bring animals or pets?

Accepted Answer

Animals or pets are not permitted at the event; with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Do you have disabled access.

Accepted Answer

Yes the event and the Clubhouse is single level and wheelchair friendly. Disabled toilets are also on site. Carparking can be reserved with valid government proof of disability.

Can we bring Perfume / Deodorant?

Accepted Answer

No Glass Bottles / Aerosols are Banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine.

Is there anywhere to charge my phone?

Sadly not, make sure it’s all prepped and good to go!!

Can I get a refund once paid

Accepted Answer

Everycase on its own merit however not with less than 7 days to the event.

Is the line up confirmed

Accepted Answer

As of the 29th April the line up is confirmed as Ben - Phats and Small, Arg from Towie, Kule T from the band MN8, The Shane Nolan Band. Beyonce Fierce and Dancers, Totally Take That, Harry Styled.
