The event provides up to 11 hours of CPD for delegates. Recordings of all sessions will be made available to delegates after the event.

Frequently asked questions

Who can purchase an earlybird ticket?

Earlybird tickets are reserved for members of the Civil Mediation Council and the College of Mediators. If you are not a member of either organisation, please check if you are eligible for another discounted category.

Who is eligible for a discount?

This year we offer discounts for staff of community mediation organisations, community mediation volunteers, SEND mediation practitioners, peer mediation trainers, academic staff and students. Academic staff and students have to hold a CMC membership, all other discounts are for non members as well.

When do earlybird sales end?

Earlybird tickets will be available until April, so don't miss the opportunity to purchase a discounted ticket!

Why is the conference held online?

We’re hosting the event online to make it as accessible as possible—eliminating travel barriers and allowing more members to attend. Ticket holders also receive session recordings to watch later. For those who’d like to connect in person, join our drinks & networking event on the first evening!
