DESCRIPTION
This qualification, designed for practising or aspiring middle managers, helps to grow professional management skills including decision-making, managing team dynamics and delegation capability.
Upon completing the CMI Level 4 Certificate qualification learners will be awarded Foundation Chartered Manager Status. Putting aspiring and early-career managers on a guided development pathway to becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Manager.
Once you have successfully completed this course you can continue your professional learning with the Level 4 Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership qualifications.
To achieve this CMI Level 4 Certificate in Management and Leadership, learners need to complete a combination of 2 units to a minimum of 13 credits.
