What happens during the sessions?

Each session starts with the facilitator reading the group contract to ensure a safe, respectful space. Sessions focus on sharing experiences, learning from each other, reducing cocaine-related harms, gaining tools for recovery, and setting meaningful goals for positive change.

Can I join if I’m not ready to quit?

Absolutely. The group is for anyone exploring their relationship with cocaine, whether you’re ready to quit or just want to learn more.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically last around 1 and half hours however we do have a short 10 minute comfort break.

Who facilitates the group?

The sessions are facilitated by experienced professionals who specialise in supporting individuals with substance use challenges.

What do I need to join?

You’ll need an internet connection and a device (phone, tablet, or computer) access to Zoom to participate in the online sessions.

What happens after I register?

After registering, you’ll receive an email with details on how to join the sessions, including the meeting link and instructions.

Do I need to have experience with addiction or recovery to join?

No, this group is open to anyone who wants to explore their relationship with cocaine, regardless of where they are in their journey.

Will the group offer one-on-one support?
