Family and friends visiting with you don’t need to register for the event. We ask that you only register if you're interested in studying with us.

Event time slots

When registering, pick the arrival time slot that would like to book. You only need to register for one time slot.

Not all campuses offer the same courses, so to avoid disappointment, check where you can study your chosen course and visit the relevant campus. If you’re unsure, you can filter by campus on our course search option on our website.

What campus should I visit?

Are campuses accessible?

Yes, all our campuses are wheelchair friendly. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I bring a friend or family with me?

Absolutely. Please note that family and friends visiting with you don’t need to register for the event.

Is there parking available?

If you're visiting Usk campus, please bear in mind we have two sites. If you're interested in Sport courses, park here: Postcode: NP15 1XJ For all other courses, you will need to park at our Equine zone. Postcode: NP15 1PY

Can I cancel if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer make the event, please cancel your registration through Eventbrite and book on to the next open event.

What if I'm running late?

Don’t worry. Your QR code will still be valid for the time slot that you have registered for.
