Event 1: Overhead medley: Log / Circus Dumbbell / Natural Stone / Axle / Kettlebell.
90 seconds AMRAP (as many rounds as possible with all 5 implements).
Cat a: 90kgs / 54kgs / 76kgs / 90kgs / 48kgs
Cat b: 70kgs / 43kgs / 61kgs / 70kgs / 40kgs
Cat c: 50kgs / 32kgs / 45kgs / 50kgs / 30kgs
Event 2: Sandbag to shoulder carry. Time limit 90 seconds AMRAP.
Cat a: 100kg
Cat b: 80kgs
Cat c: 60kgs
Event 3: Car deadlift. Time limit 75 seconds.
Cat a: 200kgs
Cat b: 160kgs
Cat c: 120kgs
Event 4: Buss pull. 20 meters. Time limit 75 seconds.
Event 5: Atlas stone over yoke for reps. Time limit 75 seconds. No tacky.
