Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga & warm clothing for later in the day A yoga mat Water bottle A journal or notebook A warm layer or blanket for relaxation.

Is food provided?

Yes, we will provide a cacao at the start & a vegan meal at the end of practice. Please eat breakfast before you attend the event & bring snacks if you need some.
