Can we have tents set up and ready to go?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you would like to treat yourself and have a canvas bell tent with the options of carpets, beds and clean sheets email the lovely Martine at pepperbellsglamping@gmail.com. Please do this as early as possible as they may sell out.

Question 2

Do the workshops cost money?

Most of the arts, crafts, circus school, yoga,  kids space are FREE!!  There will be some workshops that will ask for a donation of £5 + a session to pay for the materials.

Question 3

What shall we bring ?

We would recommend bringing warm waterproof boots or wellies. A head torch for each human, spare socks and some cash for food, beverages and workshops.

Do we need cash?

Accepted Answer

You will need cash for food, drinks and other bits. They will have a card machine but please don't rely on it. Cash is king!

Is alcohol being served on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be a bar on site serving alcohol.  Please note this is an arts & crafts and wellbeing camp. Everything is welcome in moderation.  The only rule is ............... 'Don't be a Dick'

Question 6

Are there cooking facilities on site?

Accepted Answer

There is no kitchen. Our advice is to find a few friends and set up your own camping kitchen.  Cooking together as a group is a great way to save money and feed the kids at any time.

Question 7

How can we get involved ?

Accepted Answer

We will have a morning circle at 10am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  In the circle we will introduce our workshop leaders for the day, share whats on and meet everybody.

When are crew arriving?

Crew will be getting on site from 10am on Wednesday  and leaving Monday  1-4pm. We are preparing and decorating the site on Wednesday.

Question 9

Will food be served on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be an onsite caterer serving a range of food over the weekend. There will be veggie and meat options.

When does the event start and finish?

Accepted Answer

Doors open 12 noon Thursday 1st August and close 6pm Sunday 4th August.
