A cooking demonstration for all abilities designed to reignite your joy for cooking, learning basic techniques and incorporating the use of seasonal produce. Maximum 16 people per class. Priced at £65 per head for a 3 hour session.
If you're a seasoned cook who's stuck in a rut and looking for inspiration or a complete kitchen novice these small friendly demos are designed to make cooking accessible to all.
The demonstrations run from 10am – 1pm or 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
Nancy will guide you through the preparation of a range of dishes both savoury and sweet. You will be able to sample all the dishes (so won't leave hungry) and Nancy will happily answer any questions that may arise as she cooks. All ingredients are soured as locally as possible including many fresh ingredients from the vegetable garden here at Overtown.
Complimentary drink on arrival and recipe sheet for you to make notes on and take away so you can try out your new recipes at home.

November: Christmas Entertaining Hearty winter warmers to please the whole family and fresh new ideas for batch cooking to make your Christmas meals stress free.
