If you like food and saving money and the planet, this is the session for you!
Jill will also arrive with samples of food she has made so be prepared to taste lots of new foods and to have your mind blown with lots of creative ideas on how to get the most out of left overs and foods you might otherwise chuck away!

Although payment is not expected, a suggested donation of £5.00 for a waged person and £2.50 for an unwaged person is requested if participants find it affordable. We would welcome you to donate funds towards running costs for the Sherwood Exchange—a local food, clothing, toys, and toiletries exchange that you will be invited to visit for free following your wellbeing session!
Our mission at the Sherwood Exchange is to ensure that everybody has equal access to food, clothing, and household goods to prevent financial hardship and environmental destruction caused by unnecessary manufacturing and production of goods and landfill waste. We are also passionate about ensuring everybody can access healthy wellbeing and positive mental health.
