Spend a productive day at Kindred, a community space in the heart of Hammersmith.

Housed inside the Grade II listed Bradmore House, Kindred isn't your typical workspace. We offer you an opulent, dog-friendly spot to work and 'workalise' – while enjoying the hospitality and food & drink for which we are renowned.

Escape the mundane and set up your work station in one of our inviting lounge spaces, whether you need to do focus work in The Library or prefer to feed off the buzz in The Hall.

Daily coffee social at 11am. Every morning we run a coffee social at 11am (free coffee included) to help you get energised and connect with our friendly Kindred community. Attendance is completely optional.

Lunch between 12 and 2:30pm. We offer a range of sandwiches and salad bowls, as well as daily specials: pasta of the day, pizzette of the day, and soup of the day — please ask a member of staff for the day’s selection.

Finish up at 5pm. Finish up at 5pm. Our co-working session ends at 5pm but we often have events on in the evening and our ground-floor restaurant and bar, Cellar at Kindred, stays open till late. On the last Friday of the month, we gather together in Cellar at Kindred for our end of month social, Thank Five It's Friday. Your first drink will be on the house! Every last Friday of the month from 5pm - 6pm in Cellar at Kindred!

Organised by

Founded by Anna Anderson, who spent her career in social work and is passionate about human connection. With a desire to create a space for the community to connect face-to-face, with no one feeling excluded. The building is a hidden gem on the Hammersmith roundabout, set over three floors, in a lovingly restored Grade II listed building that has been opened up for everyone to enjoy.

Upstairs at Kindred are two floors used for cultural and private events, as well as weekday coworking. Cellar at Kindred, is an all-day dining spot with a seasonal menu sourced from quality producers.

At the heart of the concept, is ‘The Campfire’. A series of homegrown events designed as an antidote to loneliness and disconnection in London and to celebrate and support ideas that can change the world for the better.

Every month we have a richly diverse programme of events. Live music, comedy, poetry, podcast recordings, workshops, talks and so much more. We work with a range of partners to ensure we programme something for everyone. At the heart of the programme is ‘The Campfire’ - events that we develop and produce with the sole purpose of bringing the community together for a better tomorrow.

We pride ourselves on being a ‘people-first’, rather than a ‘profits-first’ independent business. For us, Kindred is more than just a venue.
