NITE's free professional development series offers short, impactful sessions led by experienced educators to support the professional growth of teachers and school leaders.
A thriving classroom culture is built on relationships, consistency, and a sense of belonging. This session explores how to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated. We’ll examine the importance of clear expectations, positive reinforcement, and effective classroom management strategies. Through practical techniques, educators will learn how to establish routines, foster mutual respect, and use praise and feedback to develop a classroom culture that supports both academic achievement and student well-being.
By the end of this session, you will have gained the tools you need to mentor with purpose, driving positive change and enhancing overall school performance.
