Join Creative Manchester and Manchester Histories as they unveil their new Heritage for Wellbeing Toolkit, designed to spark creativity and foster meaningful connections. This toolkit features ten interactive activities aimed at enhancing wellbeing through heritage and the arts.
In this session, the team will share insights into the toolkit's development and invite attendees to participate in one of the activities firsthand.
This event is open to all and may be of particular interest to researchers in creative health, professionals in heritage, the arts, health, and social care, as well as members of the public looking to explore the power of creativity and connection.
Refreshments will be served (coffee, tea, water, cakes). No prior knowledge of history is required—just an open mind and a curiosity for learning something new!
