We are very pleased to invite you to attend our third educational evening focussing on progress in Crohn’s disease & ulcerative colitis. Presentations from Oxford consultants & specialists will cover latest progress in the medical & surgical management of these diseases, current research studies, & a special session focussing on young people growing up with inflammatory bowel disease.

Registration is free. It will also include a Question and Answer session. Anyone with an interest in IBD is welcome to attend.

  • Guests attending in person are also welcome to visit information stands with light refreshments available in the Level 3 Foyer, Academic Centre, 4.30 - 5.30pm
  • The presenters will be filmed during the event, and a recording will be made available online
  • When you complete the registration form you can submit a question for the Panel Q&A if you wish
  • Limited parking permit will be made available to attendees for this event only (TBC)
  • Lecture Theatre 2 is accessible by wheelchair from the ground floor via the lift and there is space for wheelchair users. There is a hearing loop in the lecture theatre. When you register please tell us if you have any particular access requirements

Will there be food available at this Event?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide food at this event. We will provide Teas, Coffees & Water. We have varied Cafés & Restaurants on site. Main Entrance: Level 2 M&S Café & shop, Level 3 Restaurant, Starbucks, Subway & Go Food. West Wing: Pret a Manger.

Blue Badge Parking?

Parking in accessible bays for Blue Badge holders is free - drive in and drive out. There are two dedicated Blue Badge holder car parks: in front of the Children's Hospital (for West Wing and Children's Hospital) and between the Main Entrance and Car Park 2 (for the main hospital and Womens Centre)

Is parking available at the JR Hospital?

The public car parks are: Car Parks 2 and 2A - For Academic Centre, main hospital and Women's Centre. There is free motorcycle parking on the John Radcliffe Hospital site. There is ANPR in all visitor car parks. The first 30 minutes are free. Payment is by card or phone only.
