Programme Overview
The CSSC Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt builds upon the foundational understanding developed in the Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt. In this programme, you will learn to define business cases, project plans and requirements specifications. You will learn to measure capability, performance, and variability. In completing your Green Belt, you will also learn about statistical control techniques and business improvement techniques that you can apply in the workplace.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this programme. However, experience of process engineering in any sector, or obtaining a Yellow Belt would be beneficial.
Progression
After completing the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt you could progress onto the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programme. You could also undertake a qualification in Business Improvement or Management or enrol on the Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management.
