About this event

Calling all ALN parents in Pontypridd and the surrounding areas - if you ever need a listening ear to share your struggles or just to know you're not the only one finding things tricky then come along to Cuppa&Chat, hosted at Role Play Lane.

This session is ideal as you can bring your children along and while they play, you can chat to other parents.

Sunshine Support covers your entrance cost and Role Play Lane staff are available to help at all times.

Plus, each time we also offer three spaces to our free ALN advice clinic which is held at the same time. Our Welsh ALN consultant Rachel Parry is on hand to give free expert advice.

Whether you’re navigating a diagnosis, battling the IDP process or just want to have a conversation with another adult - Cuppa&Chat really helps you to understand that you are not alone.

What to expect:
☕ Friendly, informal conversation with others who get it
💬 Space to share, connect, laugh (or cry!) without judgement
🧍‍♀️ Open to parents and carers - new and returning faces always welcome
🍪 Hot drinks and refreshments provided

📍 Location:
