Do I need experience?

No. You just need to be confident to cycle on a regular bike.

What is this all about?

It’s about having fun on a bike, in a new and exciting way. It’s about giving access to the velodrome to those who may never have normally experienced it.

What’s the £5 charge for the ticket for?

Funds raised from ticket sales will go back into future sessions, training, accreditation, or equipment that may be needed for this growing community of women accessing these sessions.

How did this all come about?

NCC coaches John and Craig kindly applied for funding from McrActive, for a one off, women’s only introduction to the velodrome session. With such an amazing group of women on the track and a hunger for more, further funding was awarded for 5 more sessions.
