Are the sessions recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the sessions are recorded and will be sent out to all attendees so that you won't miss anything even if some events take place at midnight your time. We do not film audience participation and questions.

How do I apply for a free ticket? What do I need to provide?

Email me at sam@romancingthegothic.com. You do not need to provide details of why. There is a limited number of free tickets and we try to get them to those who need them.

Where do I find the slides, scripts, recipes etc?

There will be a digital conference pack. Details of how to access this are sent out nearer to the time of the conferece

Do I need to be an academic to attend?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! Everyone is welcome and we try to make everyone as comfortable as possible. You can also contact the organisers and the 'familiars' who help on the day with any questions.

Question 5

I'm nervous about attending, will I be asked to participate?

Accepted Answer

No one is forced to participate. You can have your camera on and off. There is no push to ask questions or respond to prompts. Take part in a way that feels comfortable for you.
