What Is Dice To Meet You? 🎲

Whether you’re an experienced gamer or just starting your journey in the realm of board games, Dice To Meet You has something for everyone. Explore new games, challenge your friends, and forge connections with others in our community. Whether you're coming alone or with a group, our events provide a fantastic opportunity to engage with others in the local community. Our event hosts are skilled at facilitating each session, ensuring lively discussions, shared high-fives, and a relaxed atmosphere. Unlike typical board game meetups, we kick things off with an open social hour, allowing everyone to get acquainted before diving into the games. A common issue with larger board game events is that it's hard to truly meet everyone, but at Dice To Meet You, we intentionally keep our gatherings small to foster genuine connections. We create an inclusive environment that welcomes both extroverts and introverts alike. Plus, all proceeds from ticket sales go directly into our social community and help fund future events that everyone can enjoy. Plus, at I’m So Board we are all about supporting small businesses. That is why our events focus on games produced by indie publishers and designers and are held at small businesses within the local area.

Event Testimonials 🎉

“I had a great time at the event. It was very casual and easy to interact with everyone. The ice breakers were a great idea and made it easy to open up to others and get to know them. The venue was nice. There were many games to play individually or as a group. The size of our group made it great to be able to interact with everyone. I would strongly recommend this event as a great way to just have a good time, while getting to know awesome people in Toronto.“

🎲 Steven

“I joined I’m So Board after I met Devlin (Dev) the group manager, he invited me to join one of the games and honestly it was one of the best things I have done to socialize with people in Toronto. As a new comer and a refugee I am struggling with making new friends and social connection and I get lonely a lot of the time. Generally speaking the games are fun and all the people attending are very nice and honestly very helpful. Everyone shares their experiences and taught me how to play by explaining the games really well. Also Dev was very nice and accommodating because he starting picking new locations closer to everyone to accommodate for everyone’s distance needs. Finally I just want to say that it is a very friendly group and they offer nice activities and it is a very good place to meet new people and have a nice time interacting with each other.“

🎲 Seif
