Digital Connect is an event focused on promoting the use of digital tools and technology. It provides a platform for industry leaders to showcase their products and share best practices, ideas, and emerging technologies. The event targets health and care staff, digital leaders, disruptors, and innovators from Norfolk & Waveney and beyond.

Attendees can look forward to a day filled with insightful presentations, interactive workshops & over 40 individual exhibitor booths featuring Digital Innovation suppliers & projects!

These are a number of the brilliant organisations you will find at our event!

Prior to the event, we'll have links here to pre-register for the many workshops & breakout sessions running throughout the day, with a limited number of these being available online, with the rest being available 'on the door'.

We will also be sharing a fully digital brochure, detailing the floorplan, exhibitors, schedule of sessions along with all the other information you may need to know about the event!

Digital Connect 2025 will take place on Wednesday 7th May at the Norfolk Showground Events Centre, allowing a much larger capacity for both exhibitors and attendees. The event will provide time, space and opportunity to explore the latest in digital technology, with both industry and sector wide leaders and experts showcasing their tools and running interactive breakout sessions.

The event will feature interactive breakout & workshop sessions on topics such as

In addition to the enriching content, we are pleased to offer a complimentary barista service to keep you refreshed throughout the day. A variety of food trucks will also be available, offering a wide-range of delicious culinary delights.

Who can attend the event?

This event is open to everyone involved in health and social care. Whether you're an experienced professional, just starting your journey, a dedicated volunteer, a long-standing care worker, or simply curious about the future of the sector, we welcome you to join us!

Do I need to book a ticket?

Booking a ticket is recommended to avoid disappointment on the day. There will however be limited tickets available on the door for both the event, and the exhibitor breakout sessions.

Do I need to collect my ticket?

No - Your ticket is a QR code available from the Event Brite app or from your emails which will be scanned on arrival by the friendly Digital Connect event staff.

I don't have a smart phone for my ticket, can I still attend?

Yes - If you do not have a smart phone, your QR code is printable. Otherwise, the Digital Connect staff will be able to search for your booking upon arrival.

Do I need to attend the event for the full day?

The Digital Connect event is 10am - 6pm however, you are welcome to arrive and leave at any time that is convenient for you. Check-in starts at 9:15am.

Do I have to attend breakout sessions?

No - You are welcome to attend the event to browse the exhibitor stands without needing to attend breakout sessions.

Can I attend more than one breakout session?

Yes - You are able to book onto three breakout sessions. We kindly ask you do not book onto more than three breakout sessions to prevent the sessions reaching maximum capacity. Please be mindful of time clashes to ensure you are able to attend all the breakout sessions you have booked.

Will there be food or refreshments available?

Yes, we will offer free tea and coffee. Additionally, food stalls and trucks will be available for you to purchase a variety of food options for the duration of the day.

Where can I park?

Free parking will be provided on site, with further details and a map provided closer to the event.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue has accessible entrances, 'blue-badge' parking and accessible toilets. Please contact us on the details below if there are any specific accessibility concerns you may have.

Will the event be photographed?
