I offer a 2.5hr new, monthly get together in a relaxed group where all are welcome, from ABSOLUTE beginners to intermediate. A chance "to dabble".

No, You not need to know how to draw or have done art before! I will guide you through the creation of the Hazy Wild Meadows theme or just come along and paint what subject inspires you and let’s work together on your ideas.

I will provide you with 1:1 support, group inspiration and oodles of encouragement and inspiration.

A wide range of quality materials are provided. Light refreshments included.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be able to draw?

No, this is not required. I will guide you through the preparation stages of your painting. I also offer 1:1 support.

Can I bring my own materials and brushes?

Yes, of course! Please do and then you can be comfortable creating your art and be accustomed to using them.

Do you provide workshops during the day?

Yes, I hold daytime workshops at EJaRT Gallery, Grange Farm Hasketon. My art is also permanently on display in the neighbouring Barn Café. I also hold events and workshops at The Hidden Garden, Ipswich.

Do you provide private tuition?

Do we all paint the same image to take home?

No, the aim of my workshops are to guide and inspire you to explore the fun of watercolour paints and inks. Basic techniques are discussed and taught as a group. I then offer choices of inspiration to paint within a set theme which is set each month. Or you can do your own project if you would like
