Tennyson Down & The Needles - Dog Friendly Walk
Bring your dog for a classic coastal walk along the chalk cliffs of Tennyson Down from Freshwater Bay to The Needles. Discover the history and landscapes of the Needles Headland - in support of RSPCA Isle of Wight. Don't have a dog? You are welcome to join us regardless, muddy paws or muddy boots!
Length of walk: 6 miles (approx 3.5 hours)

Start Location: Freshwater Bay - in front of Albion Hotel Gate Lane PO40 9RA. SZ 346857
Pace of Walk: - Varying landscape with more challenging slopes. Stiles and steps to be expected en route, suitable for keen walkers and anyone who is reasonably active.
Walk grade: - Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile. Not suitable for walkers with mobility impairment of any kind
