Durham Writes Taster Session: Barnard Castle

Want to build your story-writing skills? Join a creative writing workshop, as part of New Writing North’s new Durham Writes programme, where we’ll play around with narrative and find ways to develop realistic characters. These free, 90 minute, interactive taster sessions are open to writers of all abilities and will be led by novelist and short story writer Amy Lord.

Taster sessions will run in locations across County Durham, with one held online. Please ensure you book one session only, as content will be repeated.

Participants at the tasters will also find out how they can apply for a free six-week fiction writing masterclass programme led by Amy Lord.
