What is the Fashion Swap, and how does it work?

The Fashion Swap is a unique opportunity for Eco Stylish event member ticket holders to exchange clothing items they no longer wear for something new-to-you. Simply bring 3 items from your wardrobe. 1 swap per ticket. ES Founder to decide if your items can be swapped.

What kind of items should I bring for the swap?

Accepted Answer

We’re looking for items made from high-quality fabrics (no polyester). Think of dresses, tailored jackets or other pieces you’ve only worn a few times. The brand isn’t as important as the quality and condition of the garment. Fashion books, bags, shoes and jewellery are also good. 1 swap per ticket.

Can I attend the event even if I don’t have an item to swap?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can still join us to enjoy the interview, network, and shop from our curated selection of pre-loved fashion, including bags, shoes, and jewelry. The event is open to everyone, whether you’re swapping or just browsing.

Question 4

How do I become a member for this event, and what are the benefits?

Accepted Answer

You can become a member for the day by selecting the Eco Stylish event member ticket when you register. This membership gives you access to swap one item.

Question 5

Can men attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! While the fashion swap and shopping focus on womenswear, men are welcome to attend the event, particularly for the podcast-style interview and networking opportunities.

Question 6

What happens if I don’t find anything I like in the swap?

Accepted Answer

If you don’t find something you love during the swap, you can keep your token for future Eco Stylish events or use it as a discount on any purchase from our curated selection of pre-loved fashion.

Question 7

Will there be drinks available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a complimentary drink will be provided at the beginning of the event, either a glass of Prosecco or a glass of lemonade, so you can enjoy a drink while you mingle and browse. You can also purchase further drinks if you wish to do so. Hans Bar & Grill is in the same building (Pavilion rd access)

What’s the dress code for the event?

There’s no strict dress code, but we encourage guests to dress in their favourite stylish outfits to match the theme of the evening.

Can I bring a guest?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We encourage you to bring friends who share an interest in circular fashion. Each guest will need their own ticket.
