This members-only meeting will take place on 3 June 2025 between 09:30 and 17:30 CEST. The event will be hybrid. You can decide to either join us in Brussels at The Hotel or attend online. In both cases, we kindly ask you to register => On-site registrations close on 23 May 2025, 18:00 CEST.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Invitations are sent to primary and secondary contacts within member organisations. As multiple invitations may be received, please coordinate internally to designate one representative to attend and vote. For on-site registrations, kindly note that we can only accommodate one representative per organisation. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
