What do I need to bring to class?

Wear clothes that make it easy for you to stretch and move in, water and your yoga mat

I don't have a yoga mat, what should I do?

Please reach out in advance and I will do my utmost to supply you with a yoga mat. This is a community space with limited storage all equipment including mats I need to bring to the space on the day

What is vinyasa flow yoga?

Vinyasa is a more dynamic style of yoga where we match movement to our breath. This is the concept rather than the rule so when you come to class I encourage you to listen to your body and how you’re feeling that day. There will always be modifications and you should take rest whenever you need.

How early should I arrive?

I recommend 10-15 minutes before class so you have time to arrive and settle in the space
