Leanne will uncover how your employee value proposition contributes to successful candidate placement and retention and how a strong employer brand can save you time and money.

The final session will be led by David O'Hearns of Dawn Creative who will share insight into how to bring your brand to life. He will share how your brand impacts all aspects of your organisation while giving practical tips and advice on how to build a strong employer brand. You can also expect best (and worst) case examples to inspire you and bring teachings to life.
