Guest speaker's profile: Tilly Harries, Director & Employment Law Barrister, PwC

Tilly is a specialist employment law Barrister and Director at PwC with over 20 years' experience of advising on HR and employment law compliance and litigating employment disputes. Described as “always solutions orientated”, Tilly has particular expertise in assisting employers navigate their way through difficult employee disputes with minimal risk. She has extensive experience in equality law and diversity issues assisting clients with navigating risks around discrimination by designing and delivering training; investigating allegations of bullying and harassment; carrying out and advising on impact assessments; and acting on behalf of clients in complex multi-day and multi-party harassment and discrimination litigation.
