Expert biography

Barney Durrant has been in the Internet industry for more than 20 years, including working at Google in London. He has been running his own digital marketing consultancy, Bluebell Marketing for the last 10 years and has worked on the marketing of a wide range of businesses from start-ups and growing companies to large multinational companies and well known brands.

All our expert one-to-one meetings on offer are free, but places are limited as our business expert partners are giving their valuable time to the BIPC and to you for free while fitting these sessions into their busy schedule. Therefore, if you need to cancel the session, to give a chance for others to still book it, please give at least two working days’ notice when possible via:

• email to bipc@brighton-hove.gov.uk, or
• cancelling your booking on Eventbrite, or
• email/call to the business expert.

FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing bipc@brighton-hove.co.uk.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
