About this event

This is a club for those interested in cultivating a winner's mindset.

As a qualified and experienced Therapist and Life Coach, I believe that it is by understanding ourselves better as individuals that we grow and transform, in our body, mind and life.

Every month we will explore new topics of discussion as well as tips, tricks and tools to help you naviagate your thinking and transform our behaviours.

You won't have to share anything with the group unless you wish to. You are free to participate as much or as little as you like. Sharing personal stories and experiences is absolutly optional , there will be plenty to discuss and learn during each event.

The overall theme for these gatherings will remain on success through failure because...

Failure is a function of success; it forms part of the path from anywhere to anywhere, yet in our society we resist and judge this reality.

In fact, fear of failure is an obstacle to many people when it comes to creating the life they want. Is it limiting your life? Ask yourself: Does fear failure keep you from doing things? Does the thought of being criticised and judged fill you with dread? Do you hoard ideas and projects that never see the light? Do you find it hard to say ‘I don’t know’? Does fear failure keep you and your life small?

If you answered yes to 1 or more of the above questions this series of events is perfect for you! It’s free too, so you have nothing to lose.

The idea behind F'UP CLUB is to fail forward, to F'UP on purpose in order to familiarise with the phenomenon that we refer to as 'failure' and to let go of the stigma that surrounds it, to promote actitivities than can then lead to success, in any area of life.

There are 3 rules for the F'UP Club:

1 - Fail on purpose!

2 - Fail forward to success!

3 - Celebrate all failures!

Every month we meet to discuss topics related to failure and success, and how these relate to our private lives activities in relationships and life goals as well as in business.

For those who wish to, a portion of the gathering is set aside for celebrating, fails and wins alike. The F'UP Club is an accountability space; imagine what you can create with support!

Exploring issues such as fear, shame and isolation as well as the courage, connection and celebration required to remedy them.

Doing this in community will help you grow beyond your individual capacity, through identification with shared experiences and support from others.

Together we are the F'UP Club - we learn to go for it no matter what; we learn from our mistakes and ideas to grow and expand individually and as an international community.

Let's get together as humans living with dreams and aspirations, who support each other through failure all the way to success, what ever this means to you!

Sessions will run monthly regardless of numbers, so if you feel this is for you, come and check it out.

Please bring your journal/paper and something to write/draw with and of course an open mind.

For group safety, the zoom events are video on only. There are established rules of conduct and engagement with a particular emphasis on respect of each other's anonymity and confidentiality - these will be shared with members prior to the events.

You can join the whatsapp group for ongoing community support, encouragement and accountability. You can request the information when you register for the online event.

I am creating this space hoping it will grow into a reliable and sustainable resource for those who need it. To that end I am keen to receive your feedback and suggestions on the topics you'd like to know more about and how to use our time.

Frequently asked questions

How safe and grounded will these gathering be?

The numbers are limited to 25 participants. Kadi who is a qualified therapist and life coach will be hosting the events; she has experience supporting and leading groups. There are rules of engagement and boundaries will be clear for all participants.

Is the space confidential?

All attendees are encouraged to respect others' anonimity and confidentiality. As a participant you are encouraged to share your experience, not that of others. And as always, share only what you are comfortable sharing about. We all learn from each other's mistakes, specific details can be spared.

What if I prefer to discuss all these issues privately rather than in a group setting?

The group setting is great for general conversations, seeing and learning from others through identification. You only share what you feel comfortable sharing. If you prefer to have these conversations privately, you can arrange private sessions with Kadi.

What if there isn't anyone I know on the call?

The space is created for like minded people to meet. The conversation will be focused on issues that related to the main topic and so thoses who attend will likely have a lot in common which means more people to connect with and learn from, and before long we won't be strangers.

Can I join every month?

Yes!! Regular attendence is encouraged, for learning, support and connection.

What if I can't attend the gatherings regularly?

Each gathering is a stand alone in terms of discussion and every time we meet we will have a discussion that will feed your learning around the main topic.
