A two hour, online guided writing workshop from Flashlit (www.flashlit.co.uk). Perfect for exploring who you are as a writer - refining both how you come up with ideas, and how you make them real.
Figuring out what you want to say and how you want to say it is part of the joy of writing. This workshop takes you through a series of exercises and writing prompts designed to help you reflect on who you are as a writer.
We'll look at other people's writing as well as inviting you to think again about some of your own, explore what you love about music and art and movies, and consider what makes you feel excited, or challenged, or safe. We'll also do some generative exercises, and some thought exercises too.
NOTE: This is a group workshop which will include opportunities for discussion and sharing. However, there is no obligation to do either - the only thing you need to do as a participant is think, and hopefully write a little, too! You won't need to share your work or have your camera on, and you are free to leave any time. It's all about giving you time to focus on your writing!
