When do the gates open/close?

The club gates will open at 4:45 and pedestrian gates close at 19:30, please make sure you arrive before this time.

If you arrive after the gates have closed there is no guarantee that you will be granted entry, even with a pre booked ticket.

Is parking available?

Accepted Answer

We do offer parking at Tiverton Golf Club as well as a Park and Ride service from Blundell's School but these are limited and pre booking is essential.
Once our car park and park and ride tickets have sold out there will be no parking available. See the tickets page to book parking.

Question 3

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All Tickets are non refundable.

Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled by the organisers. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable - this fee is part of the ticket price

What's included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

Event admission tickets include kids disco, fireworks and live band.

All other stalls/entertainment available on site are independent  and will have their own costs.

Question 5

Can I bring my own alcohol to the event?

Accepted Answer

No, bringing your own alcohol onsite is not allowed. Security staff will have the right to confiscate any alcohol found on your person.

Are sparklers allowed?

No, sparklers are not allowed on site.

Is the site wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The fireworks display and entertainment is based on grass.
Weather leading up to the event can change the ground conditions, rain means the ground could be very soft and unsuitable for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We do have sections of hard standing around the perimeter of the field.

Are dogs allowed on site?

No, dogs are permitted on site.
