Join this interactive two-hour workshop to learn about practical steps to help you support your mental health with food.

This workshop will be delivered by Sylvie, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.

We are running a series of workshops to tackle stress and anxiety. The workshops are held at our centre in Greenwich and offer a warm and supportive environment. They each last two and half hours and you will leave with lots of information and ideas for how you can improve your own well being.
