Who is this course for?

This course is designed for purpose-driven education leaders, including executive leaders, headteachers, and senior leadership team members, who are committed to driving sustainable, high-impact change in their school communities.

How is this course different from other leadership development programmes?

This programme is based on Work Collaborative's 8-Step Organisational Change Model. This unique course uses a community-driven approach to change, drawing on powerful questions to guide reflection and collaboration specific to your context.

What is the time commitment for this course?

This is a 3 month course with weekly sessions and reflective activities. It starts in January 2025 and concludes in March. You will be guided to contextualise your learning between each session, so that learning is immediate and impactful.

What will the sessions include?

Practical workshops, alongside ongoing peer coaching, an active community and ongoing resources to support you through this learning journey.
