Look for our Park Yoga flag on Bottom Field and join us every Sunday morning at 9:30am to 10:30am from 4th May throughout the summer. A wonderful start to your Sundays. Park Yoga is free to attend and there is no need to book. Everyone is welcome – regardless of age, background or ability.
Park Yoga is a registered charity that provides free community park yoga sessions on Sunday mornings from May to September to improve the health and wellbeing of yogis all over the country. Please consider supporting them, if you can, by making a donation – so that they can continue to provide these sessions year after year.
What you need to know:
- Park Yoga will be taking place on Bottom Field.
- All are welcome; regardless of age, background or ability. Park Yoga is free to attend and there is no need to book.
- Sessions are held on Sunday mornings from Sunday 4th May 2024 to Sunday 14th September 2024.
- Please bring water, your own yoga mat or a towel/blanket and wear comfortable clothes.
- Classes will run over the summer come rain or shine. But do keep an eye on our social media pages in case we need to cancel!
- Parking charges apply at all times.
