What time do the gates open and when does the music start?

Gates will open at 17:30 and we invite you to come down, enjoy some food and drinks from our amazing vendors. The show will start from 19:00

Will there be seating, or should I bring my own?

The event takes place on the lawn outside Loseley House. You are welcome to bring a picnic blanket or fold out chairs. For those in the VIP section, chairs will be provided for you

Do children need a ticket?

Children aged 4-12 require a ticket at a reduced price, while kids under 4 can enter for free. Make sure to check our ticketing page for full details.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You are able to bring your own light picnics with you. However, we are unable to allow any alcoholic drinks to taken beyond the ticket gate due to this being a licensed event.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes! While the event is located on the lawn outside Loseley House, we have done everything to ensure our event is accessible. We offer a collection and drop off service via Buggy from the car park to your area to help those who require additional assistance. Please take into account the seating area

What about refunds?
