What is your refund policy?

A refund can be applied for up until one day before the event. Please apply through Eventbrite. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A lift is provided for wheelchair users.

How do I get to Chelsea Old Town Hall?

London Underground ~ Sloane Square (Circle / District Line). Bus ~ 49 or 211.

Is there free parking close to Chelsea Old Town Hall?

There is limited free parking on a Sunday close to the venue, please check the below website in advance. https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/parking-transport-and-streets/visitor-parking-and-pay-phone/guide-parking

Do the exhibitors accept cash or card payments?

Exhibitors will accept both cash or card payments - there will also be a card service available on the front desk.

Can I apply to exhibit at the fair?

We have a waiting list for all our events. We require prospective exhibitors to fill in the below application. https://www.frockmevintagefashion.com/exhibitors

Will I be able to go in and out of the event?

Please ask for a hand stamp at the front desk to be able to return to the fair if you have already been granted entry.
