Born in South London and raised in Ethiopia, Jade has worked collaboratively with Ravinder to complement Jikoni's cross-cultural approach to cooking. She has developed an incredible knowledge and intuition for spices and lesser-known ingredients, bringing together unexpected flavours in beautifully balanced, often surprising ways.
In this special masterclass, Jade will showcase how an imaginative approach to ingredients can be transformed into extraordinary cocktails, full of story, soul, and a touch of magic.
