Our Roundtable experts
John Mark Williams is the CEO of The Institute of Leadership, following a number of CEO and Director roles in the UK, Middle East and Far East. Currently a Global Advisory Board member for the Commonwealth Enterprise & Investment Council, and a member of the Strategy Group for the Club of Three, John has also been a Diversity Champion for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and an adviser to the Cabinet Office on strategy and leadership.
Outside of work, John has qualifications in sports psychology and sports massage. His interests include mountain biking, coaching reluctant marathon runners, and writing articles about arcane economic issues for which he is dubiously qualified.
Julia Selkovenko is the Practice Director, Marketing Transformation at EY. She leads the UK marketing transformation practice at EY Consulting and oversees the development of the EMEIA technology partnership with Adobe, helping clients navigate growth opportunities through digital transformation and AI-enhanced customer experiences.

Our unique venue is
Set in a stunning six-story building at Berkeley Square, Hay Hill is unique as it combines the luxury of a private members club with the business focus of a co-working environment, pioneering the concept of the club working, all in the heart of Mayfair.
This is event is co-organised with 12 Hay Hill private Club
- Arrive at the club, sign in at the reception. Only people on the guestlist are allowed to enter.
- Join Hay Hill Private Club members and other LBS guests and members, and our speakers to discuss the future of leadership in a roundtable format, and build relationships.
- Our team is on-site to help with introductions if you need it.
Who are the attendees
- 12 Hay Hill Club members and our LBS members and guests, who are SME directors from a variety of industries, who have been in business for over a year, have at least one employee, and have current happy clients (we vet attendees).
- We might refuse attendance if you're in a clash with an exclusive partner (in this case we give a full refund). If you'd like to find out in advance, email tk@franciscooper.com
- We strongly discourage hard selling at our events, to other attendees or to the speakers and hosts. This includes asking for contact details of a colleague who you could reach out to, or asking them directly if they need your services.
Dress code: business casual (no trainers, no jeans)
Refund policy: we refund tickets if we reject an attendee based on our vetting procedure or a clash.
We are unable to refund tickets if the attendee can't make the event, but if you can't come you can give it to someone else, and let us know who is coming.
