Accessibility - is the Airfield Wheelchair accessible?

The Airfield is mostly on flat ground. Some areas are on tarmac, but some are on grass. There is blue badge parking next to the Clubhouse and in the Paddock entrance. Please make sure you display your Blue badge when parked. There is an accessible toilet in the Clubhouse.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Please note that all entertainment takes place outdoors so we strongly advise you to come prepared for all weather conditions to ensure an enjoyable day out, whatever the weather!

Can I bring a picnic?

Please don't, by using our food outlets you are helping us host this event.

Yes, provided you keep it on a lead, clean up after it and that it is not aggressive.

Yes, camping is available on the Saturday night at an additional cost. This must be prebooked by emailing: emmarealaero@outlook.com
