Rush is a 45 minute Strength & Conditioning class at The Ministry lead by Connor Minney.
Held in the gym at The Ministry, participants will work their way through a circuit of challenges using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, treadmills, rowing machines, ski ergs and assualt bikes - all under the sexy lights to carefully curated playlists to drive you.
Arrive at The Ministry any time from 10:45am on a Saturday or 5:30 on a Wednesday and class will kick off at 11:30 on Sat and 6pm on Wedensday.
If you're more than 5 minutes late, you won't be able to join for health & safety reasons.
There are shower & changing facilities at The Ministry as well as a vanity bar with hairdryers and hair straighteners.
Stay for a social afterwards upstairs in the bar and get to know your new fitness family.
