This is one of the most beautiful hikes in Sussex, with charming villages, hills, and fabulous views.
Starting in the hamlet of Glynde, we will climb up to Beddingham Hill and meet the South Downs Way.
Hilltop wildflower meadows and farm fields and prehistoric burial mounds greet us on our way to Firle Beacon- at 217m, it's the high point of our hike. We will drop down into the pretty and historic market town of Alfriston, with dotted with medieval pubs and churches, and houses.
We then wind our way along the Cuckmere River and follow which snakes its way to the sea.
From Cuckmere Haven, One last climb leads to Seaford Head for wonderful views of the Seven Sisters cliffs before arriving in Seaford, where you can join us for refreshments or take the train home.
