Gong Bath - Valley Park, Hampshire

A one hour Gong Bath designed to take you on a sound journey, whilst you lie down, relax and immerse yourself in harmonic sounds. I use instruments including Paiste gongs, crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, Native American Style flutes and percussion, creating complex sound vibrations which help your body to resonate at a more optimal healthy frequency.

Gong Baths can relax the brain and the nervous system allowing your body to process the release of stress and fatigue. They can ease physical pain by activating the body’s self-healing abilities. The sound vibrations can help your body detoxify cells. On a subtle level, when your mind is relaxed, you are able to access a meditative state to rebalance yourself, restoring a sense of health and wellbeing.

Bring a comfortable mat, blanket & pillow to lie down on.

Contraindications: gong baths are generally safe, however please be mindful they may not be right for you if any of the following conditions apply: severe osteoporosis, recent hip/joint operation, epilepsy, fitted with a pacemaker, advanced stages of cancer, first trimester of pregnancy, ménière's disease, severe tinnitus.
