What can I expect from a holistic dance session?

In each session, you’ll experience a flow of dance, yoga, and music designed to help you release tension, boost energy, and connect deeply with your body. It’s all about moving freely, finding your rhythm, and cultivating balance, both physically and emotionally.

Do I need to have previous dance or yoga experience?

Not at all! These sessions are open to all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, the focus is on personal expression and well-being, not perfection. Everyone moves at their own pace.

What should I wear and bring to class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. No special gear is needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your body and breath through movement.
