Planning for Success: How private sector climate transition plans can advance policy goals | Panel & Networking Event

To kick off New York Climate Week, we are excited to invite you to a high-level panel and networking event focused on the accelerating momentum around private sector transition plans.

The development of strategic climate transition plans by private firms is becoming mainstream, helping to turn climate commitments into real-world action. As this practice grows, regulators and supervisors worldwide are exploring how these private sector plans can support national & international climate policy objectives.

The event is taking place on Monday, 23rd September, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Clifford Chance New York. Please bring a government-issued ID for security check-in at the venue. We’ll start with arrivals and coffee at 3:00 PM, and the formal programme will begin around 3:30 PM.

At this event, we will be presenting a new E3G initiative, focused on supporting the global policy conversation on private sector transition plans and planning.

Join us for insights on transition plans from leaders including:

  • Clarence Edwards, Executive Director USA, E3G
  • Kate Levick, Associate Director, Finance & Resilience, E3G; and Co-Head of the TPT Secretariat
  • Rae Lindsay, Partner at Clifford Chance
