We are joined by Leigh Cohen of Sales Geek who will be sharing with us how to build a simple sales process and create an effective business development engine.


Leigh will be explaining to us:

  • The importance of having a sales process
  • Understanding the psychology of what makes people buy
  • What the sales funnel is
  • Why is it important to qualify your customers and how do you do this?
  • How to make successful sales conversions, finding problems to solve in your pipeline and tracking for success
