Join the ICRS Yorkshire Hub for the second part of our series of focused and engaging webinars that explore ESG through authentic stories, critical reflections, and practical insights—unpacking the good practices, the bad pitfalls, and the ugly realities in the world of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Each 30-minute session features:
- A 10-minute showcase by an expert speaker sharing real-world ESG experiences
- A 10-minute conversation facilitated by the ICRS Yorkshire Committee
- A 10-minute interactive Q&A with attendees
- Followed by an optional 30-minute virtual networking session for those who wish to stay connected
In this second session, we are delighted to welcome Vicky Williams, Chief Executive of Emerald Publishing, with over 20 years of experience in academic publishing. Since 2018, she has focused on innovation and community engagement. Vicky serves on the Research Advisory Board for Nottingham Trent Business School and chairs the Bradford Literacy Taskforce. A strong advocate for gender diversity, she launched Emerald’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion programme in 2016.
Vicky will highlight the importance of community engagement, equality, and innovation in publishing, along with her passion for the arts. She will emphasise the need for collective efforts to foster an equitable and inclusive future. This conversation is practical, honest, and inspiring, addressing the everyday challenges that ESG professionals encounter.
